"Gauged Porcelain" Slabs

Porcelain slabs are a relatively new product to the tile industry. While there have been signifigant strides in the development of the product itself and the ability to install it, it is still relatively new in the way that we treat the product with regards to use in an interiors space. Surface Statement has worked on developing a number of products, and fabrication techniques, that we can offer to help with regards to its specifaction into an area. 

For starters, we will offer a new "chunky" style base product to help show the slabs as a dimmensional stone, rather than a veneer. We will also work closely in the fabrication of the slabs to work with other tiles in patterning, as well as be able to offer signage into them.  

We also have the abilty to have a slab created based on something as simple as a fabric or a drawing. We see this side of the porcelain tile industry as a place with a lot of new possibilities, and we will be working hard to be a part of that.
